1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by INNBEAUTY Project (“Sponsor”), Inn Beauty Lab Inc, located at 4 Post Office Lane #1063, Green Farms, CT, 06838.

2. Eligibility

The INNBEAUTY Project New Launch Waitlist Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on August 13, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on August 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”).

Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter.

To enter, eligible individuals must sign up to join the INNBEAUTY Project new product launch waitlist via the designated website pop-up form during the Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual or email address may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Prize

Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) INNBEAUTY Project PR Mailer containing an assortment of INNBEAUTY Project products, including our newest product launch, with a retail value of up to $150 USD, subject to availability.

Three (3) prizes will be awarded.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: up to $150 USD.
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: up to $450 USD.
Each PR Mailer will contain a selection of INNBEAUTY Project products, including the newest product launch. Exact contents are determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
No substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
Prizes are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, assigned, auctioned, or otherwise commercially exploited.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The winners will be announced and notified via the email addresses provided at entry on August 21, 2026.

Each winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If a selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Each winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to:

Be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
Release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize.
Allow Sponsor to use their first name, last initial, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
