INNBEAUTY PROJECT POP-UP GIVEAWAY

Official Rules & Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by INNBEAUTY Project (“Sponsor”), Inn Beauty Lab Inc, located at 4 Post Office Lane #1063, Green Farms, CT, 06838.

2. Eligibility

The INNBEAUTY Project Pop-Up Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on February 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).

Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter.

To enter, individuals must submit their email address via the INNBEAUTY Project website pop-up form during the Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual or email address may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from INNBEAUTY Project. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive up to $500 USD retail value of INNBEAUTY Project products of their choice, subject to availability.

  • Maximum retail value: $500 USD.
  • Prize must be selected from products available on innbeautyproject.com.
  • Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • No substitutions permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
  • If selected items exceed $500 USD retail value, winner must choose alternate items within the allotted amount.
  • Prize is for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, assigned, auctioned, or otherwise commercially exploited. Sponsor reserves the right to void the prize if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the prize is being resold or used for commercial purposes.


Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $500 USD.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about March 4, 2026.

The winner will be notified via email using the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days of selection.

The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to:

  • Be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
  • Release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the Prize.
  • Allow Sponsor to use their first name, last initial, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.


Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries
  • Technical failures of any kind
  • Unauthorized intervention
  • Errors in the administration of the Giveaway

10. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
