Shipping policy
INNBEAUTY PROJECT orders ship on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are processed during standard business hours and shipped using the fastest available method.
We offer free standard shipping on orders $60+ (after discounts) within the U.S. Orders under $60 are charged a $6.95 flat shipping fee. Expedited shipping is also available within the U.S. for a $8.95 fee.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and shipping option selected at checkout. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, launches, or promotions.

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada, and do not ship to freight forwarding addresses at this time.
Shipping addresses can only be updated within a limited window after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes are not possible.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend waiting until the end of the day as carriers may mark deliveries early. If your order arrives damaged or you need additional support, please contact us at help@innbeautyproject.com within 5 business days of delivery.
