Shipping

Where does iNN Beauty Project ship?

We currently only ship within the US and to Puerto Rico, but we’re hoping to expand soon! Please feel free to send requests to help@innbeautyproject.com. You can also stay in the loop by signing up for our newsletter in the footer.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping will be included on all orders $25 and over. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.  For order under $25, standard shipping is $7 and you can expect your order in 4-7 business days.

We also offer expedited Shipping at $22 which will arrive in 3-5 business days after you place your order.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?

Yes! Please allow extra time for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Your order will arrive in 7-10 business days with standard shipping.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Currently, we can’t ship to any P.O. boxes.

When will my order ship?

Basically, you order, we process, then ship. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order once it is placed. Please note that any orders placed Friday past 1:30 through the weekend will be processed the following Monday and shipped out on Tuesday.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1:30pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.  It’s on the way!

My tracking isn’t working. What should I do?

We’re sorry about that, please email help@innbeautyproject.com and we’ll remedy the situation ASAP.

I placed an order but had the wrong address. How can I edit my shipping address?

Please reach out to us at help@innbeautyproject.com and we’ll do our best to edit your shipping address before your order hits our warehouse!  We can only try to edit orders with standard ground shipping. We won’t be able to change expedited orders.


Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?

We want you to love your product as much as we do. If you have any questions or are not satisfied with your product, feel free to reach out to us at help@innbeautyproject.com and we will help. We can accept returns within 30 days of the order date.  Order # must be provided to place a return.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on all product that is not satisfactory. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and please note the original shipping cost is nonrefundable. Order # must be provided to place a return.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns should be processed in 1-2 weeks.

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

Sorry about that! Reach out to us at help@innbeautyproject.com and we’ll send you the right item ASAP.


Billing

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards. We also accept payments via Paypal and Apple Pay for US customers.

My credit card keeps getting declined

Check with your bank and ensure that your billing address is correct. Otherwise, feel free to reach out to us at help@innbeautyproject.com with other questions you may have.


Order Questions

How can I update my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed - you can’t make any edits to it. Please email us at help@innbeautyproject.com and we can try to make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed.

How can I check the status of my order?

Sign into your account and click orders. You should be able to see tracking numbers for each order that has shipped. If you need additional information you can also email us at help@innbeautyproject.com

What skin types are iNNBeauty Project products good for?

We take great pride in formulating things safe for all skin types. All skiNN is iNN!  All of our products are dermatologist tested for safety. If you want to know which products may benefit your skin type the most please reach out to help@innbeautyproject.com - we would love to help!

Where is this product made?

We only work with the best manufacturers throughout the world. Our products are either made in the USA or in South Korea as that is where we have found the best technology and innovation.  If you have item specific questions you can email us at help@innbeautyproject.com. We are product junkies and would love to nerd out about ingredients with you.

Will my products melt/dry/freeze/expire?

We recommend all unopened products be used within 2-3 years and all opened products be used within 6 months after opening to maintain freshness and efficacy.

The one caveat to this rule above is our single-use Face-Time Masks & Electrify Eye Masks.  Once you open the serum pouch you should use within a couple of days to prevent it from drying out.

If a product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture.

Do you test on animals?

Never!!!  It is a pillar of our brand to be cruelty free and is extremely important to our founders who have furry friends themselves.

Can I sell iNN Beauty Project products on my own site?

Unfortunately, your purchase of iNN Beauty Project products is only for your personal use. By purchasing iNN Beauty Project products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

How do I give feedback?

At iNNBeauty Project we’re sensitive of the impact e-commerce has on our environment, thus we’ve made our packaging as minimal as possible, using recycled materials when able, and ensuring all packaging is eco-friendly &  recyclable.
