I had trouble with pump, the product is amazing!!!

"I had trouble with the pump and received some tips from customer service. The pump doesn't work, but I am able to remove the pump to dip a clean q-tip into the serum. It works so well for my clogged large pores. I layer the pore refine only on the areas where I have clogged pores. The next morning my skin is incredibly soft, pores are smaller, and wrinkles softer. My sensitive skin really lives this product. I haven't had any reaction at all! ! In my opinion it does everything that is described!"
